Dynaix — Terms of Use

1. General Overview

This user agreement clarifies the standardized terms for all users to access and use the Dynaix application. Dynaix is a professional AI visual generation tool focused on image uploading, AI image creation, and AI video dynamic generation.

By downloading, installing, and using all functions of this application, users fully recognize and agree to the usage rules and service standards specified in this agreement.
All service behaviors of users in the app will be governed by the terms of this agreement.

2. Service Access Rules (No Account Required)

Dynaix adopts a fully open and convenient service mode for all users.

No account registration, personal login, identity verification, or real-name binding is required to use core functional services.
Core services include image uploading, AI intelligent generation, video rendering, and other creative functions.
Users can directly operate and create content after opening the app.
The application does not set any account threshold, login authentication mechanism, or user identity verification link.
All usage behaviors are anonymous and private.

3. Independent Service Guarantee

All AI visual generation services provided by Dynaix are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our technical team.

Image analysis, algorithm calculation, content creation, and video rendering are completed through our exclusive internal service system.
We do not cooperate with, access, or invoke any third-party service platforms, algorithm interfaces, cloud computing systems, or technical support resources.
All functional services are completely self-controlled, ensuring the stability, security, and independence of user creative operations.

4. User Privacy Protection Rules

We always take user privacy protection as the core service principle and strictly abide by zero-collection and zero-disclosure privacy standards.

Dynaix will never collect, capture, scan, identify, analyze, or store any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour details, facial biometric information, or any other facial-related biological data.
There is no facial recognition module, facial feature extraction program, facial data analysis function, or facial information storage program in any version of the Dynaix application.
When users upload pictures for AI generation, our system only performs overall pixel and style processing on the entire picture content.
We will not specially identify, extract, analyze, or record facial areas and facial feature information in any uploaded pictures.
No facial privacy data will be generated or retained during the whole service process.
We will not actively collect personal information, device information, location data, album information, contact information, or other irrelevant private content.
All data processing behaviors are limited to the single creative operation initiated by the user.

5. Strict Third-Party Data Non-Sharing Provisions

Dynaix implements a full closed-loop management mechanism for all user operation data and uploaded content.

We absolutely will not share, sell, transmit, disclose, or authorize any third-party individuals, companies, or institutions to obtain any user-related data and private information.
Since our services are completely self-developed and independent, there is no data docking, data synchronization, or data sharing with any external third-party platforms.
All user creative data and operation records are only used for real-time service response of the current operation.
They will not be exported, transmitted, or leaked to any external parties.

6. User Content Ownership & Usage Rights

All original images uploaded by users and all AI-generated pictures and video works produced through the Dynaix platform are fully owned by the users.

Our self-developed service system only provides technical algorithm support for content generation.
We do not obtain any ownership, usage right, copyright, or dissemination right of user creative works.
We will not arbitrarily use, reproduce, modify, or spread user personalized creative content without the user’s explicit authorization.

7. User Usage Obligations

When using the Dynaix AI generation service, users shall abide by standardized usage norms.

Users shall not upload illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing, or inappropriate content.
Users shall not use our AI generation function to produce, disseminate, or spread illegal and bad content.
Users shall bear full responsibility for all uploaded materials and generated works they create.
We will not bear any joint responsibility for illegal operations by users.
