Dynaix — Premium Subscription Terms

1. General Provisions

This Subscription Agreement specifies the service terms, rights, rules, and obligations for users who purchase premium subscription services on the Dynaix application.

This agreement is supplementary to the Dynaix User Agreement.
It applies to all users who activate, purchase, and use paid subscription services.
By completing subscription payment and activating the service, users confirm that they fully understand and voluntarily accept all terms in this agreement.
Users can browse and purchase subscription services without any account registration or login authentication.

2. Subscription Service Overview

Dynaix subscription service is a paid premium benefit service for AI visual creation users.

All subscription functions and benefit distribution are completed through our self-developed service system.
There is no third-party service participation, agency, or settlement involvement.
The subscription applies to core AI generation functions, including AI image generation and AI video dynamic generation.

3. Core Subscription Benefits

The core benefit of purchasing the Dynaix subscription service is that users can obtain a large number of discounted gold coins in a one-time manner after successful activation.

Discounted gold coins issued by the subscription are exclusive premium benefits and are more cost-effective than conventional gold coin purchase channels.
All subscription gold coins are automatically issued to the user’s current usage credentials immediately after the subscription takes effect.
All subscription benefits are limited to personal non-commercial use.
Resale, transfer, gift, or commercial trading of subscription gold coins and subscription rights is not allowed.

4. Gold Coin Usage Rules During Subscription Period

The Dynaix subscription service is a preferential benefit service for gold coin rewards.

All AI generation services during the valid subscription period still require the consumption of user-owned gold coins.
The subscription does not provide unlimited free generation privileges.
The subscription does not exempt the gold coin consumption rules of image and video generation functions.
Each time the user uses AI image generation, AI video rendering, or other core functions, the system deducts the corresponding number of gold coins according to standard rules.
One-time discounted gold coins obtained from the subscription can be used for daily functional consumption.

5. Subscription Validity Period Rules

The validity period of the subscription service is subject to the subscription cycle purchased by the user.

One-time discounted gold coins obtained from the subscription are valid within the current subscription cycle.
Unused gold coins obtained through subscription follow the app’s official gold coin validity rules.
The system will not take the initiative to clear valid gold coins during the subscription period.
After the subscription expires, the user can continue to use remaining valid gold coins, but will no longer enjoy exclusive subscription preferential recharge and benefit rights.

6. Service Restrictions and User Specifications

Users shall use subscription benefits and gold coin privileges in accordance with official rules.

Malicious brushing of benefits, illegal trading of gold coins, and using subscription privileges for commercial profit or illegal content creation are prohibited.
Once irregular operations are found, the official has the right to terminate the user’s subscription service qualification and recover abnormally obtained gold coin benefits.
The subscription service only provides exclusive gold coin preferential benefits.
It does not include additional functional customization rights, commercial use authorization, or other extended rights.
All use of subscription services must comply with the Dynaix User Agreement and relevant usage specifications.

7. No Third-Party Data Sharing

All subscription payment records, benefit acquisition records, and usage data generated by users in the app are managed by our independent closed-loop system.

We will never share, transmit, sell, or disclose any user subscription information, payment-related data, or usage records to any third-party individuals, institutions, or platforms.
This fully protects users’ subscription property and privacy security.
