Dynaix — AI Image & Video Creation

1. Introduction

This privacy statement explains how the Dynaix application processes and protects user data during all usage scenarios. Dynaix is a lightweight AI visual generation application focused on image and video creation.

Our core principle is to protect user privacy while providing efficient and high-quality AI generation services. This statement covers all user behaviors and data processing rules within the application, ensuring full transparency for every user.

2. No Account Registration Mechanism

Dynaix does not require any user account registration, login authentication, or identity binding to use core functions of the application.

Users can directly access image upload, AI image generation, and AI video generation after opening the app.
We do not collect, store, or record any user account information, identity information, login records, or personal identification data.
All usage behaviors are completely anonymous, with no association between usage data and individual user identity.

3. Independent Self-Developed Service Operation

All AI generation functions of Dynaix — including image intelligent optimization, creative image generation, and dynamic video conversion — are supported by our independent self-developed technical service system.

Data processing, algorithm calculation, content generation, and rendering are completed through our exclusive internal service platform.
We do not access, invoke, or rely on any third-party technical services, third-party algorithm interfaces, or third-party cloud computing resources in any link of product operation.
All functional services are independently controlled and operated by our team.

4. Facial Information Collection Specification

Dynaix attaches the highest priority to user biometric and facial privacy protection. We make an absolute and clear statement as follows:

The Dynaix application does not collect, capture, scan, identify, or store any user facial information in any form under any circumstances.
We will never obtain, analyze, or record any user facial features, facial contour data, facial texture information, facial biometric data, or any facial-related biological information.
Our AI generation function only processes the overall picture content uploaded by users, and does not perform targeted recognition, extraction, or analysis on facial areas.
Even if uploaded pictures contain human face elements, our algorithm will not independently capture, store, or calculate facial feature data.
There is no facial information collection module, facial recognition program, or facial feature analysis function in any version of Dynaix.

5. User Data Collection Scope

The only data involved in the operation of Dynaix is the image and video materials actively uploaded by users for AI creation.

Uploaded contents are only used for real-time AI generation of the current operation.
After generation is completed, uploaded original materials and generated content will not be automatically stored on our server system.
We do not collect device information, location information, browsing records, personal contact information, album list information, or other irrelevant private data.
All data processing is limited to the single creative operation initiated by the user.

6. Strict No Third-Party Data Sharing Rule

Dynaix adheres to the zero-sharing principle of user data.

We will never disclose, share, transmit, sell, or authorize any third-party individuals, enterprises, or institutions to obtain any user-related data and information.
Since our product adopts independent self-developed services and does not access any third-party platforms, there is no data sharing or data synchronization with external parties.
No user uploaded content, operation data, device data, or potential privacy information will be circulated to any third party.
Our internal data system uses independent closed-loop management to ensure absolute confidentiality of user private data.

7. User Content Usage Rules

All AI-generated images and videos produced by users through Dynaix belong to the users themselves.

Our self-developed service system only provides technical support for content generation.
We do not occupy, use, reproduce, or disseminate user creative works without authorization.
The application only processes user content in real time to complete generation, and does not retain creative works or uploaded original files for a long time.
This effectively protects the user’s creative copyright and content privacy.
